Delete your Will·e account

You can delete your Will·e account and its data at any time. There are two ways, and both remove the same data.

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open Will·e and go to Profile → gear icon → Parent settings
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm

The deletion runs straight away. No PIN is required, and you do not need to contact us.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email tuki@will-e.app from the parent's email address linked to the account, and tell us the child's nickname. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Everything stored on our servers for that account:

  • the profile: nickname, display name, school grade, avatar choice, streaks, coins and space-journey progress
  • the parent's email address and the parental consent record
  • practice results and session history
  • tests added to the calendar, including their subjects, dates and grades
  • friend connections, challenges and the questions saved inside them, and emoji reactions — in both directions, whether sent or received
  • account recovery codes and parental consent codes
  • the uploaded avatar image, if there is one
  • scheduled notification records
  • the sign-in record itself, so the account can no longer be restored

If the account owns a family subscription, any children linked to it are detached first and their granted Pro access is revoked, so no unowned subscription is left behind.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account afterwards, and the same nickname becomes free for someone else to take.

What is not stored in the first place

Photos, files and chat messages you send to the AI are not stored by Will·e — they pass through to the AI provider and are not kept on our servers. The provider retains them for up to 55 days for abuse detection, after which they are deleted. This is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Chat history and the App Lock PIN are stored only on the device. They are removed when you delete the app, and deleting the account does not affect them.
